Service Description
Private training includes: -1hr in home session including behaviour consult and training -1x written training plan Through our private training we can work on behavioural issues and obedience including but not limited to: -Reactivity -Excessive Barking -Pulling on the leash -Anxiety -Recall -Puppy Training Additional household dogs can be added into a session contact for a multi-dog quote.
Cancellation Policy
You are required to pay the full amount of the course or session at the time of booking. Failure to pay in advance may result in your spot being given to another customer. Any bookings cancelled less than 24hrs before the commencement session will be charged at the full rate to cover the reasonably anticipated costs of Positive Pups Training associated with the cancellation. Bookings cancelled more than 24hrs before the session will be rescheduled at no cost to you. Refunds will only be available for sessions cancelled by Positive Pups Training. Positive Pups training reserves the right to cancel a session for any reason. It is your responsibility to ensure that Positive Pups Training has access to your dog at the time of the sessions. If Positive Pups Training are unable to gain access to the dog, the session will be charged at the full rate.
